Bought my Apple 4K TV the last week of Aug 2019 and Amazon Prime Video worked great. September 10th, 2019 it stopped working. It won’t play videos and only gives me a message, “Something went wrong. Please try again later. For more help, go to amazon.com/videohelp. First, that video help is noting but question answer nonsense. No help at all. I called Amazon and they created a ticket, but didn’t have a solution. I called Apple and they pretty much fell back on the, “well it’s a third party issue,” with no solution. Something definitely happen on the 10th of September, because I had no problems with anything until than. Does anyone have an answer to get it to work, because Apple nor Amazon does?

From $11.70 to buy. Or $0.00 with a SHOWTIME trial on Prime Video Channels. Starring: Bernie Mac, Ashton Kutcher, Zoe Saldana. Find an interesting movie, TV show, or Amazon original, and click it. This will open the selected video's details on a new page. Click the Watch Now button. It's a green button on the right-hand side of the video details. This will start and play the selected movie or TV show in your browser. When I took advantage of the 1 month Prime offer to buy everything I needed from Amazon to take advantage of their fast shipping, I watched Prime Video for a month and I could watch it on HD (1080p) on my Mini 2011, Mac Pro 5,1 and my Windows 10 PC all in 1080p. Download Amazon Prime Video and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Watch movies, TV, and sports, including Amazon Originals like The Boys, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan as well as recommendations just for you. Hello to all, I hope this is the right section. I would like to know if Safari can play HD AND HDR videos from Prime Video. I have a MBP 16’’ and a HDR capable tv (but not 4K). I know that on Big Sur Safari can handle HDR on Netflix, but I can’t find a definitive answer for Prime Video.
